Templates

Save reusable broadcast layouts with pre-filled message copy, images, and CTAs.

Overview

Templates are saved starting points for broadcasts and direct messages. Store your message copy, image, and CTA buttons once — then apply them whenever you compose a new send from the Home tab.

Create a template

Open Templates from the Customization section on the Home tab and click New Template. Save the message layout you want to reuse.

Apply a template

When composing from New Broadcast or New Direct Message, use Apply Template on your draft preview. This replaces your current draft with the saved template — message, image, and CTAs included.

Manage templates

View, edit, and delete templates from the Templates list on the Home tab.
